Clear Procore cache on mobile devices
These step are for clearing out the cache data within the Procore App. After several job sites, drawings, and uploading photos to Procore, they app gradually takes up space on your device. Deleting the photos and uninstalling the app won't free up space, so you have to clear out the cache. The app will start having problems after 10 GBs, after 20 GBs, it will likely need to be factory reset.

If you're low on space or Procore keeps freezing and crashing, check your device settings,
then Storage to see how much space the app is using.
To clear out the cache, go into the Procore app, then your profile to access App Preferences.

Then, tap Manage Storage. Photo storage will not reduce the cache size.

You will see a list of job you've accessed through the app and the cache size of each site.
Tap Edit to select one or more job sites.

Once you've selected the sites, Tap Delete Cached Data.
If some sites are multiple GBs in size, try doing
one at a time if Procore keeps freezing or crashing.

Go back into your device Settings, then Storage to see how much space Procore is using afterwards.
It should not take more than 5-10 minutes to clear the cache if it's less than 5 GBs.
