Go to the Pure Power homepage at http://purepower.site/ Click on the “Microsoft” icon.

You will see the Sharepoint Directory, a list of the company's different Sharepoint sites. Click on the one you'd like to sync. You can only sync what you have access to. (Note: Estimators is listed as Sales.)

A new tab will pop up with the login window.
Log in using your @purepowercontractors.com account. This will be the same username and password as your Outlook email.
You will be taken to the that site's Sharepoint site. Here, you will see other sections, depending on how your department has it set up. Click on Documents.

You will see all the shared folders in that site.
Look for the Sync option, you may have to click on the 3 dots to see more options.

A window will pop up that says Getting Ready to Sync, followed by a quick pop up window.
You may get a notification saying, “You are now syncing Department Name Documents.” If you do not see this notification, wait a few seconds and go to the File Explorer.
From File Explorer, you should see Pure Power Contractors with your files from SharePoint.
The synced files should have a blue cloud icon next to them, indicating they are online only files.
